Robert is a New York City attorney and the principal of Miraglia Law, P.C. In and out of the courtroom, Robert has proven a fierce advocate for people injured as a result of negligence or recklessness, as well as for those that have suffered discrimination or abuse. His litigation experience includes motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, employment discrimination and police misconduct. 

Prior to private practice Robert served in a variety of rolls in the public sector, most recently as Deputy General Counsel of the New York City Council’s Land Use Division. He has also served as Counsel, Advisor and Aide to a number of New York City elected officials and is a veteran of numerous political campaigns throughout New York State.   

Robert is a Queens native and lifelong New Yorker. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Queens College, with honors, and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal courts and is a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
